Take a minute to think about where you are right now, this very monment. Consider whether or not you are right where you are supposed to be. Ask yourself the question. I mean, really ask. If you truly search inside, and give yourself permission to listen to the truth that emanates from your heart and soul, the answer will be yes. You are right where you are supposed to be, doing exactly what you are supposed to be doing, this very moment.

I don’t know precisely why it is, but it also seems to be a common trait of the human condition that we grab onto our more negative, upsetting, and traumatic experiences from the past that we bring into the present and see as our inevitable future. No wonder so many people are depressed, fearful, anxious and suspicious. There is another way and you can choose to go there any time you want.

…I didn’t know whether he was going to cut me off at 60 miles per hour, heave a molotov cocktail at me, or pull out a 351 magnum and put a rapid end to my terror. But I knew something was going to happen and I was really concerned….
